Fees cover marketing of the property, identifying and selecting suitable tenants, dealing with all enquiries, accompanied viewings, negotiation with prospective tenant, contract drafting, transfer of monies to landlord.
On our fully managed service, the monthly fee covers dealing with all matters with the tenant or property including maintenance requests, rent collection, organising annual certificates such as gas, inspections and serving of any notices required
